We begin with a free 30-minute clarity call to understand your needs and confirm if RISE is the right fit.

If aligned, we co-design the pace, depth, and format of your journey — based on your goals, availability, and business context.

From there, we work together through structured one-on-one sessions that follow four progressive phases:
Reflection, Intention, Strategy, and Execution. -
Throughout the journey, you’ll receive:
– 8 to 12 private sessions (90–120 minutes each)
– Curated pre-work to spark deeper reflection before each session
– Tailored tasks and takeaways to keep your momentum in between sessions
– Ongoing access between sessions for quick questions or feedback
– Bilingual delivery – English or Spanish, online or in-person -
